Before you write

Where are my tapes?

On your iPhone or iPad. With iCloud enabled, also in your own iCloud account. On no server of ours.

I deleted a tape by mistake

Settings → Trash. Deleted tapes are kept for a month.

The total doesn't add up

Lines apply in order, top to bottom, with no precedence for multiplication: 2 + 3 × 4 is 20. It is a paper adding machine, not an algebraic calculator.

Why doesn't the exchange rate update itself?

Because the app never goes online. You set the rate in Settings → Currency.
